smile your heart out!

the title is one of my favorite phrases because taking it literally it makes so much sense to me. you smile your heart out, because each time you smile you’re sharing a piece of your heart and soul with the universe and others that inhabit it.

smiling is one of my favorite past times. no but seriously, i’ve been smiling since day one! i did not realize the impact that i made with my smile until far later in my life. but I’ve learned having a smiley disposition will get you much further than you would expect. i don’t smile because i think it looks nice, although truth be told i do think i have a great smile, but you know why? because there is absolutely no such thing as an ‘ugly’ smile. they don’t exist. not real. any smile no matter who it comes from is absolutely, beautifully, stunning. a smile to me is sharing a glimpse of yourself to the universe and vice versa. they are my favorite form of non-verbal communication.

a smile can brighten someone’s day in an instant. i have had many people who i never met, may never meet, but still were able to make my day just through their smile towards me. smiles are my favorite because they take meniscal amounts of effort, yet can have major effects on people. i can’t count on my two hands the number of times a complete stranger has absolutely made my day because they looked me in the eyes and smiled.

i have meet some incredible people just from looking at them and smiling. Connection is one of my favorite things and what I know I am constantly searching for. there is no better feeling than meeting someone and connecting with them in an instant. through smiling, you truly can connect so rapidly! and from there who knows where that smile could take you, speaking with one another, relating and connecting even more. serious best friend potential, relationship potential, even if it’s just a special moment that you have with a stranger you could be 100% confident you will never see again.

it is all about the connection, connection with another human on this plant. at the end of the day we are all humans who’s ultimate goal is to seek happiness. have you ever met anyone who did not want happiness for themselves? it’s rare. so why not add to that great, swirling beauty of energy in this universe with the incredible smile you have? go ahead, I dare you.

if you are known for being smiley, keep smiling sunshine! however, if this is all new to you. that’s okay! more than okay, absolutely, totally perfectly great! i am not asking you to run around with the largest grin on your face for the rest of your life. but everyday remember that there is ALWAYS something to be grateful for, think of that and you’ll be smiling without command.
